We got picuters of BABY!!! We had an appointment to hear the heartbeat and they couldnt find it.. . . 3 appointments later that day and a whole day of worrying later we got an ultrasound!!!!
I was so exctied to see our baby for the first time!!!

Mexico!!!!
So Scott and I went to Mexico this last week!! It was AMAZING!!! We laid on the beach, zip lined through the forest, went to the boardwalk in town and eat some of the BEST food I have ever tasted!!! Here are a few pictures of our trip!!!

So I am fully aware that it has been forever since I have posted anything.
It has been a crazy couple of weeks around here. School has gotten incredibly hard to go to with Spring Break coming up so fast. It seems like all Scott and I can think about is our trip to Mexico. We leave so soon it is crazy! It seems like it was just yesterday that we booked it. We found an excersion that I can still do even though I am preggo! So I am even more excited now!
Our baby is growing! I am now 11 weeks! It seems so crazy that I have known for 7 weeks. We went to our first doctors appointment a few weeks ago. Everything went really well . . . until......... I had to get my blood drawn for the first time!!! I almost passed out, it was the grossest/ weirdest feeling I have ever felt in my life. We go back to the doctor to hear Baby's heartbeat on Monday!!!! I am SO excited. It feels real now but I think might make it seem even more real!
In my lesson this week I mentioned to DLF (my voice teacher, Diana Livingston Friedly (She is absolutly amazing and a voice god! hahaha)) that we went shopping to buy some capris for Mexico and she offered to give me ALL of her maternity clothes!! She is my size and everything and was preggo during the summer!!! I can't even begin to explain how completly grateful for this tiny act of generousity from my proffesor! She has continually pushed me to be the best I can be while giving me tough music I could never learn without her expertise. She is always surprising me by how supportive she is of every twist and turn my life has taken since my freshman fall semester. So Thank You SOO Much! Just in case she happens to read this :)

I got my patriarchal blessing recommend this last sunday and it is going to happen the sunday we get back from Mexico!!! And that same day I am getting my temple recommend!!!!!! I really want to go through on my birthday!!!!! But it is a Thursday so we will see how that works out hahahaha!

Everyday Life
I haven't posted in awhile so I decided to today even though we haven't really had anything exciting happen.
IN ONE MONTH FROM TODAY.......................WE LEAVE FOR MEXICO!!!!!!! I am so excited to go somewhere warm and sunny and beachy!!! Spring break is going to be super fun. This is Scott's first time out of the country!!
Tonight I have my first choir concert of the semester. I am a little nervous about this one. We don't seem to be ready yet. But I am sure everyone will say it was fabulous anyway. hahahaha
Other than that Scott and I are getting used to the idea that we are going to be parents soon. We have has alot of things to think about! But life is good.

Why Chili's is Gay!
So I have had a love hate relationship with my workplace since I started pretty much. This last week they decided that I can no longer put out a tip basket for the servers to tip me nor can I right their names on the tip out sheet. ( Previously I was able to put a slip that said something along the lines of "Please tip out your QA with a list of the servers who was working and they would cross it off if they had tipped) not madatory by any means just a way for me to know if anyone had tipped me really. It is the way I was trained to do it. So this week I walked away with $26 in tips when I normally make anywhere from $100-$150. It was a bad week to say the least. Now today I look at my W2 and they have the wrong social security number!!!! Are you kidding me! I call to talk to my managers and of course they are all "busy". I looked at last year's W2 and it was wrong there too. Still can they do nothing right? Well I feel much better no that I have vented.
Now we are going to the "Day of Percussion" Concert tonight and doing a double date with Melissa and Alan Bodily!!! I am super excited!!! We are going to see "When in Rome" tonight!!!! YIPPEE!
